Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery can take 2–4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.


Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes or cancellations cannot be made. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Prices shown on our website are tax-free in euros. However, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility.
